  • Post internally and interview all applicants that apply regardless of skill level.
  • Do you look to hire from other sources or competitors ( if it is from competitors be careful here as this may get you into trouble).
  • Right fit for the team, make sure that you take this into consideration, nothing can make a new employee leave faster than an uncomfortable working environment.
  • Be open to change. New employees will bring in new ideas.
