Starting a Company Fitness Program.

Do you realize the importance of a company fitness program? Most company’s today, unfortunately do not and the in-balance of the workplace is then effected. You will notice advertisers display advertising slogans “sound mind sound body” this is the Asics slogan. Asics believes that a ‘sound mind sound body” that running cleanses the mind and body. Focusing on running for a company fitness program is something that a company could start with little investment. While it may be important to have a running leader start the group and work with your company to help your management and staff reach their personal goals. The company will then benefit from increased moral, better fitness within the company, team building, loyalty and decreased absents do to illness. Senior managers that workout with other managers and staff are then seen as human beings. Senior managers that have little to know interaction with other managers and staff are viewed as having no connection. Senior managers that want to change this attitude need to be the first one leading the fitness movement. There should be recognition for managers and staff that reach personal goals this does not have to be something big. It can be a paid gym membership, an entry into a 5KM run or half marathon if this is what the person’s goal is next. It is a good idea to provide a nutritious treat at coffee break or after a run, the Running Room magazine is full of healthy recipes in their recipes of the month. A good one is the Cheater Post Workout Brownie:
